  • What kind of pets do you allow? Do you permit exotic pets?

    Cats and dogs only, no aggressive breeds.

  • How many pets may I have?

    We allow 2 pets, max of 45lb combined.

  • Are there any deposits, special fees, or monthly charges to have a pet?

    $500 Pet Fee, $50 per month pet fee per pet

  • What must I bring with me to tour an apartment?

    Yourself! Your broker, if applicable. The name of the person who referred you, if applicable.

  • What are your fees and monthly charges?

    Monthly Rent, Security Deposit, A/C Fee in the Summer.

  • What is acceptable "proof of income" to sign a lease?

  • What utilities are included in my lease?

    Cold and Hot Water, Heat, and Cooking Gas.

  • How long is the term of the lease?

    Minimum of 12 months.

  • Do you allow short term leases?

    No.

  • Am I required to have renters' insurance?

    Yes.

  • Do you offer furnished apartments?

    No.

  • If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?

    Through the Resident Portal in Building Link.

  • When is my rent payment due?

    Rent is due on the 1st of every month.

  • What day of the month am I liable for a late charge?

    A late charge is assessed after 10 days.

  • Can I pay my rent electronically?

    Yes, Payments can be made through Bank ACH and credit or debit cards via ClickPay.

  • Do you have cable services?

    Yes, through Verizon and Optimum.

  • Is there any additional storage space available at your property?

    Yes.

  • Are residents permitted to paint their apartment?

    Yes. Paint color must be returned to the original color when the tenant moves out.

  • Will you accept my delivery packages for me?

    Yes, there is a concierge monitored package room.
